SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery
• Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £3.99 or FREE on orders over £40.
• Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £5.99.

We currently ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand internationally soon.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or via the courier's website.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Bella Europe products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return
• Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable.

How to Return
1. Contact our Customer Service team at suportbellaeurope@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with a return authorisation and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
