Yes, every single Bella Europe product is both 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are deeply committed to ethical beauty and never test on animals.

What is your delivery time?

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days, and Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. All orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery. We currently ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

What is your returns policy?

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service team at suportbellaeurope@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Do you ship internationally?
